Laura plays a central role in the management and day-to-day operation of Let’s Move, bringing over a decade of experience in residential sales and lettings to her role. Working across both sides of the business, she deals directly with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Her varied role includes property sales and negotiations, handling offers, residential lettings, compliance and overseeing the systems and processes that keep the agency running smoothly. Laura also leads the marketing of Let’s Move and the properties we represent, including property launches, digital and social media marketing and local campaigns.

Laura holds a Level 3 Certificate in Managing Residential Property and Lettings, complementing her practical knowledge of residential lettings, property management and compliance.

With strong knowledge of Syston, Charnwood and the surrounding Leicestershire property market, Laura’s role spans almost every area of the agency.

Louise is heavily involved in the residential sales side of Let’s Move, working closely with homeowners from their initial property valuation through to an agreed sale.

With over 30 years experience in residential sales Louise carries out property valuations, advises sellers on pricing and marketing, manages viewings and feedback and works closely with both sellers and buyers throughout the sales process.

With extensive knowledge of the Syston and Charnwood property market, Louise provides straightforward and realistic advice based on each individual property, current market conditions and the seller’s circumstances.

Friendly, approachable and experienced, Louise takes the time to get to know our clients and their moving plans, helping to make selling a property feel as straightforward as possible.

Phil works across both the sales and lettings sides of Let’s Move, bringing over a decade of experience in residential sales and lettings to his role.
Within lettings, Phil has particular responsibility for property accounts and oversees much of the financial administration for our managed properties, including landlord statements, rental accounts, invoices and deposit administration.
 
He is also heavily involved in sales progression, working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties to keep transactions moving from an agreed sale through to exchange and completion. Phil also deals with sales enquiries, prepares property paperwork and memorandums of sale, and makes sure everyone is kept informed along the way.
 
With his extensive experience and knowledge of the property industry, Phil is known for being approachable, helpful and responsive. Clients appreciate his straightforward communication and his willingness to keep chasing and following things through — particularly during the sales process, when having someone keeping on top of the details can make all the difference.
Organised, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, Phil plays an important role across Let’s Move, helping both our property accounts and sales transactions run smoothly.
